Day 01
ARRIVAL INTO UDAIPUR
Pick up from Airport/Station, and transfer to the hotel. On reaching, Check-in into the Hotel. In the evening take a mesmerizing boat tour over the picturesque Lake Pichola to admire the royal buildings around the Lake and enjoy the scenic sunset view. From the lake, you have a wonderful view of the illuminated City Palace stretching along the east bank, while the south bank has pleasant gardens running down to the waterside. Later proceed for Dharohar; a cultural show that takes place every evening at Bagore ki haveli by the Gangaur ghat. Later return back to hotel, Dinner & Overnight stay at Udaipur.
Day 02
FULL DAY CITY TOUR OF UDAIPUR
Start the day with a relaxed Breakfast. Later we proceed for a sightseeing tour of Udaipur. The Guide will report and meet you in Hotel Lobby. The First half of the tour comprises a visit to City Palace, Jagdish Temple, and Bagore ki Haveli. Post lunch continues the second half of sightseeing where we visit Shilpgram & Monsoon Palace (Sajjangarh), followed by a walking tour of vibrant street markets of old Udaipur where you can go for some souvenir shopping. Famous market areas of Udaipur are Bada Bazaar, Hathi Pol Bazaar, Bapu Bazaar, and Chetak Circle. You can either prefer walking or can hire a Tuk Tuk (Auto Rickshaw) as lanes are narrow and cars are not allowed to enter most of these street markets. By evening back to the hotel for dinner & Overnight stay.
Day 03
DAY 03 UDAIPUR – JODHPUR VIA RANAKPUR (250 KM / 5 HRS)
After breakfast transfer to Jodhpur. En-route visits the magnificent Ranakpur Temple having 29 halls supported by 1444 pillars. On arrival in Jodhpur check-in at your hotel. Evening at leisure or you can visit local markets for shopping authentic Jodhpuri handicrafts. Some famous markets are Ghanta Ghar (clock tower), Nai Sadak, Sojati Gate, & Mochi Bazaar. Dinner and overnight stay at the Hotel.
Day 04
JODHPUR HALF-DAY SIGHTSEEING, TRANSFER TO JAISALMER (280 KM / 5 HRS)
After breakfast check out from the hotel & start the Jodhpur city tour. Covering Umaid Bhawan Palace Museum, Mehrangarh Fort- is situated on a low sandstone hill. Within the fort visit Moti Mahal and Phool Mahal. Also, visit Jaswant Thada - an imposing marble cenotaph built in memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh II around 1899. After that transferred to Jaisalmer - The Golden City. On arrival check-in into your hotel. Evening you can take a leisurely walk into the only living fort in the world. Dinner and Overnight stay at Jaisalmer. Mehrangarh Fort: Considered one of the most formidable and magnificent forts of Rajasthan, the fort is spread over an area of 5 km and is built on a 125 m high hill in the outskirts of Jodhpur city. One can see the panoramic view of Jodhpur city from this fort, which seems like a blue carpet laid at the foot of a hill. Within the fort, one can see the magnificent palaces. Umaid Bhawan: Umaid Bhawan Palace is a magnificent piece of Rajasthan’s heritage and a symbol of the new Jodhpur. Home of the erstwhile Jodhpur royal family and currently the world’s sixth-largest private residence. Perched on Chittar Hill, the highest point in Jodhpur, Umaid Bhawan Palace inspires with exotic views of the historical Blue City, vast sand dunes, and intimidating Mehrangarh Fort. Palace house well-presented museum having the finest collection from the Royal lives of erstwhile Maharajas. Also, a vintage car collection that depicts the grandeur of its era.
Day 05
JAISALMER LOCAL SIGHTSEEING
After breakfast visits the Jaisalmer Fort best known as Golden Fort or Sonar Kella. After that visit Patwon- ki-haveli, Nathalie-ki-haveli. Salim singh-ki-Haveli. After that also can visit Gadishar Lake. In the evening proceed for a camel ride on Sam Sand Dunes & you can experience the spectacular view of Sunset in the Thar desert. Dinner & Overnight stay at Jaisalmer. (Optional Experience at Extra Cost: A night in camp in the desert, including a cultural Rajasthani show and dinner.)
Day 06
JAISALMER TO BIKANER (6 HRS), ENROUTE VISIT GAJNER, BIKANER SIGHTSEEING
After breakfast checkout and proceed to Bikaner. En route visit Gajner lake and wildlife sanctuary. On arrival check-in into your hotel and rest for a while. Post lunch, later in the afternoon proceed for a sightseeing tour of Bikaner. Visit Junagarh Fort & Lalgarh Palace. By late evening after sightseeing return back to the hotel for dinner & overnight stay. Gajner Lake: This artificial lake offers a spectacular sight to travelers. Looming towers located at the lake entrance make it one of the symbolic places of Bikaner. Once a summer holiday home of the royals, the lake is now part of a luxury hotel. Boating can be enjoyed in solar-powered boats at the lake. During winter months, the lake becomes home to more than a hundred species of migratory birds including the Imperial Sand Grouse. Junagarh Fort is among the well-known and oldest forts of Rajasthan having magnificent architecture and deep historical significance. The fort has an array of temples, museums, and palaces within it such as Karan Mahal, Anup Mahal, Phool Mahal, Chandra Mahal, and many Havelis. It was called ‘Chintamani Durg’ until the early 20th century when the ruling family moved out of the fort limits to Lalgarh Palace. Since then, it has often been referred to as ‘Old Fort’.
Day 07
BIKANER – JAIPUR (330 KM / 6 HRS)
After a relaxed breakfast, check out and proceed for the last leg of your Rajasthan getaway, the capital Jaipur. Upon reaching, Check-in into the Hotel and enjoy the day at leisure enjoying various amenities offered by the hotel. Later in the evening proceed for a leisure stroll on busy yet vibrant market streets. Evening you can indulge in Shopping for Jaipur specialty offerings at Johari Bazaar & Bapu Bazaar. Dinner and overnight at the Hotel.
Day 08
JAIPUR SIGHTSEEING
Start the day with a relaxed breakfast. Later proceed for a city tour of this famous capital of Rajasthan. Firstly, visit the iconic Amber Fort, and later continue to visit Jaigarh Fort. On the way back to Jaipur visit Jal Mahal. Post Lunch In the afternoon sightseeing continues to Jantar Mantar, City Palace, Hawa Mahal, and at last Albert Hall Museum. Dinner and Overnight at the Hotel Amer Fort situated on the outskirts of Jaipur, which used to be the ruling fort and palace for the region before Jaipur was created and the King shifted their place of stay. Among the largest fort palace complex, Amer Fort is known for its architecture, grandeur, and great piece of history. The City Palace, Jaipur was established at the same time as the city of Jaipur, by Maharaja Sawai Jai Singh II, who moved his court to Jaipur from Amber, is the current residence of the royal family of Jaipur. A part of the palace is now converted into Museum and tourists are allowed to see the great collection of the erstwhile Royal Era.
Day 09
JAIPUR DEPARTURE
After breakfast check out from the hotel and transfer to Jaipur railway Station / Airport for your onward journey
