1. General Cancellation Terms
Notice Requirement: All cancellations must be made in writing via email to hello@tripearth.in / tripearth.tours@gmail.com or through the contact form on our website.
Time of Cancellation:
More than 45 days before departure: Full refund, minus a small processing fee (if applicable).
30 to 44 days before departure: 50% refund of the total package cost.
7 to 29 days before departure: 25% refund of the total package cost.
Less than 7 days before departure: No refund will be provided.
2. Non-refundable Components
Certain components of the travel package, including but not limited to flights, visa fees, travel insurance, and special activities, may be non-refundable. This will be specified at the time of booking.
3. Amendments & Rescheduling
Amendment Requests: Changes to booking dates or other package details are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please make requests at least 14 days before the original departure date.
Rescheduling: In case of rescheduling, we will try to adjust your booking to new dates, depending on availability and vendor policies. Rescheduling may involve price differences, which you'll let you know beforehand.
4. Refund Process
Refund Timeline: Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days after receiving the cancellation request and upon confirmation of the amount refundable.
Mode of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Processing Fees: Please note that certain transactions may incur processing fees, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
5. Special Circumstances
Force Majeure: In the case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, pandemics, or political instability, we will work closely with you to reschedule or refund the booking, depending on supplier policies. Tripearth will not be liable for cancellations caused by force majeure events.
Government Policies: Changes in government policies, such as visa rules or quarantine requirements, may affect your travel. We advise you to stay informed, as refunds or amendments may be subject to the rules imposed by relevant authorities.
6. No-Show Policy
Failure to appear at the time of departure for any booking, without prior notification, will result in the entire booking amount being forfeited.
